Photo taken from Pearl Street showing the position of Unit 34 in the Whittier Place condominium complex. The complex is on the north side of Pearl Street between 23rd and 24th streets. There are 81 units in the complex. Unit 34 is on the second floor on the south side on the east end of the middle block of condos. This photo was taken in the winter. During the summer the condo is barely visible from the street due to the trees in trees along the stream (irrigation ditch) that separates the street from the condo complex.
West-looking view of the south side center block of the complex. Unit 34 is on the second floor. The window adjacent to the roof in this picture is one of the two living room windows in the unit. Because this is an end unit, this is an extra windows not found in the middle units. By being on the second floor, the place is more secure.

The front entryway taken from inside the condo. The front door is on the right. There is an electrical circuit breaker box on the back wall, as well as a small shelf high up. There is a closet plumbed for a washer and dryer on the left side. This closet can also be used for extra storage. Note from the heat register at the floor that this unit uses central hot water heating - a comfortable and cost effective way to keep the unit warm in the winter.

There are views of the Flatirons from your deck in the winter when the trees lose their leaves. That also helps keep this condo light and sunny in the winter.

The toilet is to the left of the vanity. To the left of the toilet there is a medicine cabinet (not shown). There are two towel racks (one of which is visible) as well as a towel hook on the back of the bathroom door. There is a linen closet directly opposite the bathroom toilet, the location of which can best be seen on the floor plan

View of the underground covered parking structure. This picture was taken looking eastward. The designated parking space for Unit 34 is in the middle of the structure on the north side. The HOA (Homeowners Association) takes care of snow removal and landscaping for this complex.
The parking space for unit 34 is the one that has the Toyota Tercel in it (light blue car on right). To the right of the parking space there is a structure that contains the electrical room, laundry room, and elevator.
The parking space for this sunit is the one with the Toyota Tercel (light blue car) in it. The storage locker is large enough to hold about four bicycles or lots of boxes and suitcases.

The laundry room has four washing machines and four dryers. This is especially convenient when one wants to do lots of loads of laundry at once. The laundry room is generally not very heavily used.
The mailboxes are in a covered alcove on the first floor of the complex. For large packages there are larger lockboxes and the postal service puts the key for your package in your mailbox. UPS and Federal Express deliver to your door.
Another view of the mailboxes. This photo also shows one of the bike racks in the complex. There are multiple bike racks available. In order to prevent people from using spaces for bicycles they're not using all bikes in the racks must have a special sticker. It is not allowable to simply lock one's bike to a convenient pole.
